Blomme Refund Policies
Blomme provides an exceptional and bespoke floral service. We hope that you will LOVE your product and that it will delight you but should you ever not be satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our refund and cancellation policy below:
Dried Flower Return Policy
We hope that you will LOVE your flowers! However, if for any reason you are not happy with the dried flowers you receive once they have arrived with you, then do let us know within 14 working days of delivery to the recipient. If you are not happy with your flowers then please do drop us an email with your order number at nicole@blomme.co.uk and we will be in touch asap! Please note any 'make your own' dried flowers bunches are non-returnable as they are bespoke to you.
Please note that the buyer will be responsible for all return postal charges. When returning an item, it is recommended that you use a tracked service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. The Item/s remain your responsibility until they reach us. Flowers must be returned to us in their original box with the packaging wrapped as delivered and in perfect condition.
Fresh Flower Return Policy
Due to the nature of fresh flowers and as they are perishable, we are unfortunately unable to accept fresh flower returns. We have a very high standard for all our arrangements at Blomme and ensure you will only ever receive beautiful and bold flowers!
If for any reason you have any queries about your purchase then please email us within 24 hours of receiving your bouquet at nicole@blomme.co.uk and we will be in touch asap!
Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, then please get in touch within 12 hours of placing your order with standard UK Delivery, or within 2 hours for next day delivery. Please drop us an email us at nicole@blomme.co.uk with your order number. Please note after this time it will not be possible to cancel.
